Fair to good condition. Some cracks in the bridges.

We moved to our current house in July 2019, and the sellers did not want to take the piano, so we agreed to let them leave it.

Since then it has been tuned twice (August 2019 and October 2020) along with some minor repairs. I had never played piano previously, but I have started learning and play most days. All of the keys work, and it seems to hold the tuning quite well.

The sustain pedal works well, although it sits a little lower than the other two
