From recent appraisal:

Case, case parts & Hardware:
professionally refinished in black high gloss finish in excellent condition. all original case
hardware, brass and plated fittings cleaned and polished

Strings, plate, pinblock, soundboard:
recently professional installation of new strings and pinblock, refinished plate, all structural
elements are sound, in excellent condition. Soundboard retains crown, downbearing excellent;
bridges, bridgepins solid with no apparent cracking or age related failure.

Action, trapwork, pedal lyre;
Action completely rebuilt in 2010. New keytops replaced original ivory set. Recently re-regulated and finely voiced. Pedal box overhauled and trapwork rebushed with new leather and
felt. Pedal action regulated. Minimal wear from moderate use in home.

Maintenance and overall condition;
Regularly serviced since rebuild, always in climate controlled environment in home.
Instrument is in overall excellent condition.

Note: The finish is not perfect. Roomba and cats have caused some wear, both on the top (very minor scratches) and on the legs (bad Roomba!--see photos). Includes Dampp-Chaser model H-5 humidity control.
