This piano has had a partial restore, but needs a complete restore and regulation. Here is the list of things that have been done already

New Hammers installed
Hammer Springs replaced
Piano Bridle straps put on

The piano is playable, but some keys still stick slightly. The top three notes don't play well cause the hammers need to be lowered. This piano would be good for someone that can finish the restore and also do a regulation.
