This piano plays well, looks good, and has a full, warm tone for its size. In 2016 the action was regulated by Flynn Pianos in Great Barrington, MA and a Piano Saver system was installed. Two sound board splits developed before then. They have not widened since and there's no structural or acoustical problem from them. The tuning pins are very tight at A-440 and there is only light wear on the action parts. The piano has been kept out of the sunlight on an inside wall. Hence there is no fading or sun damage to the case, only the usual blemishes from being in a private home for 28 years. Includes the original matching bench. Situated on the first floor and easily extracted by professional piano movers.
