We’ve had a few Chickering 125 pianos and their quality is extraordinarily high. The Chickering tone is something rarely found today. The increasingly rare hardwoods and hand labor involved in production has proved to be too expensive for piano manufactures. Chickering was one of the first piano companies in the United States, and was the largest producer of pianos for many years. We’re delighted to have another great Chickering to offer you!
This piano has been lovingly cared for and has a beautiful hand rubbed satin finish which will add elegance to any room it graces. We’ve gone through the piano inside and out performing high level voicing and regulation for performance suitable for the most discerning player. The tone is even and large through all registers and is sure to amaze just about any musician who plays it, particularly considering its relatively small size. Over time, fewer and fewer instruments of this caliber will be available since so few are made today.
